1. Applicable Timeframe:
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within two days (48 hours) only from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.
2. Shipping and Delivery Fees:
- In the event that a customer wishes to return or exchange an item (for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects or an error on our part), the customer shall bear the full delivery and shipping fees incurred for the return/exchange process.
3. Custom-Made & Modified Items Policy:
- Customized items made or altered based on the customer's specific request (items with custom alterations or additions): These items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- For these custom-made pieces, alteration services only are available to ensure the perfect fit for you.
4. Terms and Procedures for Acceptance:
- Before final approval is granted for any return or exchange—and before any refunds are processed—the returned item will first be received at our warehouse to verify its condition.
- The item requested for return or exchange must be in its original condition, completely unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If the item shows any signs of use, wash, or damage, the store reserves the right to reject the request and ship the item back to the customer.
